GLASGOW – Kinley Elois Browning, 12, of Glasgow, died Sunday, May 27, 2012 in Russell Springs, KY. Kinley was born September 21, 1999 in Muhlenberg County. She was a student at Barren County Middle School. She was a French Horn player and Color Guard member of Barren County High School Band. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, M.C. Browning; great-grandfather Willie C. Hall; great-grandfather David Wester; and great-grandparents Claude and Ann Grise. Survivors include her mother and step-father, Leslie and Chris Yates of Glasgow; father and step-mother Chuck and Echo Browning of Greenville; brothers Braxton Browning, Ryan Browning, Ethan Birge, Elliott Birge, Jacob Yates, and Ryan Yates; sisters Carlie Browning and Hannah Yates; grandparents Rita Wester of Greenville, Linda Browning of Greenville, Phillip and Dee Grise of Hopkinsville, and David and Linda Yates of Russell Springs; and great-grandparents Lois Wester of Belton and Lucille and Ed Schaffstein of Roseville, Michigan. Funeral services will be Sunday, June 3, 2012 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Chris Dennis officiating, assisted by Gary Steele. Burial in Union Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 4-9PM and Sunday from 9-11AM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfunerahomes.com.

Kinsley I know I don't know you very well but the things that I have heard about you is amazing and we all love you so much!

Kinley you were more than a friend you were like a sister to me..........it was soooo hard to let you go but i am hangin in there every day... i think of you alot and all the memories we had together=) I will never forget you you changed my whole life you were like the happiest person that i could ever run into even when you would have to do your chores you took it like it was nothing and just made the best out of it........ I know alot of people miss you and you probably miss alot of people......if i could go back in time and change that date then i would have done it the day of the wreck and i would have convinced you guys to stay home and not leave the house.....there are only 2 people that i can really call sisters and you were the first one that came to mind and i figured that out the day after i met you..... you were probably the funnest person i have ever met....... i remember the time at like 4 in the morning we listened to music and made up a bunch of dances it was soo fun that was one of our best memories out of like thousands....... Kinley you are an amazing friend.. and im not the kind of person that goes around saying she was my best friend i say she is my bestest friend in the entire universe cause you wasn't my friend you are my best friend....... and just cause your gone doesn't mean your not with us every day,where ever we go......... its hard but some =times you can let it out or just keep it in and keep going..........peace love and happiness are SOME of the words that can describe you....... i love you soooooo much and someday i know we will be together again im sure of it........love ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kinley, you were a very pretty & sweet girl. I'm still wearing the bracelet that you gave me a while back and I'm not plannning on taking it off either. You definatly will not be forgotten. I remember in Mrs. Hammer's class we took sugar cubes and ate them.. haha. You didn't deserve this. You will always be remebered and loved. I love you. -JonMichaela Cherry.

There are no words that will ease the pain in your heart, I know, because I have also lost a child to a car wreck, only time and prayer will heal. You will never forget. Kinley was such a pretty girl and everyone liked her. My granddaughter (Courtney Flickner) knew Kinley and is very saddened by her death. Kinley, you were definately an angel. You always made all of us laugh. I knew you through upward cheerleading, and your ex-stepdad. On the bus we had so many fun times. Kinley was a very sweet young lady. I will never forget her laugh. At a Christmas parade one year, we both together decided that my Mom looked like the bird lady off of home alone. I can still see the sweet smile of a young lady who sat in the second seat of the first row in room 119 at Temple Hill. Her kindness toward others was noticed by many as she was honored as 6th grade December 2010 Student of the Month for Caring. Special memories of Kinley will live on in my heart. I am a retired school teacher and had Matthew, Chris' brother as a student, and Ryan when I volunteered after retiring. I have also had other family members. I know how Chris loved his children. As a mother who has had a child to die, I realize it is painful...but bearable if we lean on our Lord. Kinley, you will always be a beacon for this family, for so many. Your picture has seemed to burn an image in my heart. Heaven is sweeter now with you there. You may be gone, but you will not be forgotten!

I used to be friends with kinley when she went to Temple Hll Elementary, and she was a very, very sweet young lady. She set a happy mood for everyone around her and never got mad at any one. Kinley treated every one with respect. I still cant belive that she's gone. Its like just yesterday she was going to temple hill. kinley will always be with you and everyone else. I am very sorry for your loss.

I loved Kinley just like a sister. She meant so much to me, and if my day needed to be brightened up, then I could just go talk to her. I am going to miss her so much, She was one my best friends since 1st or 2nd grade. Everyone in her family was so nice and caring. I am praying HARD for everyone impacted by this tragic loss. Pep band games. Sometimes, Kinley would be there with me and eat our gay bacon. The band would stand up on their seats while they played. We weren't in the Pep band but we were friends with some of them so we too would stand on the seats. Together, we stood on the seats and danced the Louie Louie while the other people stared at us like we were crazy. WE ARE THE BRITISH GANGSTERS. FOREVER WILL WE HAVE SWOG :) I LOVE YOU KINLEY <3

Before every marching band competiton me and KInley always did our handshake for goodluck. Even when we'd get yelled at for being out of line we still finished it. She'd always make us feel better when she saw that we weren't in a good mood, that was one of the best things about her. She was always there with us at Pep Band, dancing with us and laughing at me when I wouldn't dance. I'll always remember our memories Kinlaayy! Love and miss you! <3 :)
