SACRAMENTO – Kevin Mark Ellis, 49, of Sacramento, died Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at Deaconess Midtown in Evansville. He was born July 18, 1968, in Daviess County. He was a factory worker at General Electric in Madisonville, and a member of Sacramento Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Kevin enjoyed drinking coffee with his friends at the Blue Jay Café in Sacramento. He graduated from McLean County High School in 1986. His hobbies included deer hunting, bass fishing, talking, eating, and texting. He also enjoyed his time eating Chinese with his niece Britney, and enjoyed working in the Summer Feeding Program with his mom at the church. He also loved cats. He is survived by his parents, Glenn and Ann Ellis of Sacramento; brother Jason and Beth Ellis of Bremen; very special niece Britney Ellis of Bremen; nephew Justin Hundley of Bremen; close friends Jeff Harper, Rhonda Alexander, and Mike Stiles; and little buddies Taylor and Trent. Funeral services will be Sunday, March 11, 2018, at 2:00PM at Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento, with Rev. Al Johnson, Rev. Steve Delashmit, Rev. John Butler, and Rev. Kevin Brantly officiating. Burial in Sacramento Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday after 10:00AM at the funeral Home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Sacramento Cumberland Presbyterian Church Manse Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
