CENTRAL CITY – Kenneth Ray Wininger, 93, of Central City, died Thursday, November 23, 2023, at 10:46AM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital.  Mr. Wininger was born January 4, 1930, in Muhlenberg County.  He worked for Illinois Central Railroad, and was also a rural postal carrier.  He was of the Christian faith.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Wininger; parents, Paris and Irene Wininger; brother, Charles Wininger; and step-son, Joseph Noffsinger.

He is survived by his children, Keith Wininger, Kimberly (Gaylin) Spurlin, and Carol Wininger (David Spicer); step-children, Tim (Tammy) Noffsinger and Andy (Jamie) Noffsinger; seven grandchildren; and sister, Hilda Ervin.

Funeral services will be Saturday, November 25, 2023, at 12:00 noon at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Mr. Paul Moore officiating.  Burial in Fairmount Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday after 10:00AM at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
