CENTRAL CITY – Kara Jo Lee Piper Moore, infant daughter of Kelsi Ann Piper and Weston Tyler Moore, died Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 3:45PM at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville. Kara was born April 18, 2012. She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Patricia Ann Beaven and great-grandfather, Leo Gary. Survivors include her parents; twin sister Riley Elizabeth Piper Moore; grandparents Jeff and Amy Piper and Rick and Cindy Moore; and great-grandparents Vernis Wayne and Wilma Dean Piper, Verna Faye Gary, and Thomas Beaven. Graveside funeral services will be Monday, April 23, 2012 at 2:00PM at St. Anthony’s Cemetery in Utica, with Rev. Jewel Martin officiating, assisted by Chad Moore. Burial in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
