BROWDER- Judith Elaine Jarvis, 76, of Browder died Friday, August 21, 2026 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN. Mrs. Jarvis was born in Muhlenberg County on October 25, 1949. She was a retired LPN at Morgantown Care and Rehab and a member of Browder Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. Jarvis is preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Jarvis; parents, Charles and Ruthie Willoughby; brother, Ricky Willoughby; sister, Shirley Young.

Survivors include her son, Billy (Kimberly) Jarvis; daughter, Christy (Jason) Shemwell; grandchildren, Noah Shemwell, Jaden Shemwell, Madison Shemwell, Austin Jarvis, Macon (Micheal) King, Reina Draper; sister, Glenda Huff; great grandchildren, Jacob Hunter, Waylon Shemwell, Ellie Mae Shemwell, Willow Jarvis, Brentley King, Kolt King, Octavia King, Bodie King.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Ryan Morris. Burial will follow in Forest Grove Cemetery.
