GREENVILLE – Joe Jennings, 91, of Greenville died Monday, March 10, 2025 at 6:52PM under the care of Hospice of Western KY in Owensboro. Mr. Jennings was born August 5, 1933 in Muhlenberg County. He was a member of Graham Missionary Baptist Church and retired after 35 years as a Coal Miner. He also worked on the railroad. He played baseball in his younger years for the Duncan Coal Mine team, he coached Graham Women’s softball team and coached the Graham school basketball team. His love for kids was evident. He loved to fish, and enjoyed watching UK Wildcats and old Westerns. He was a member of the Bremen Masonic Lodge and a Deacon at Graham Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruby and Willie Jennings; brothers and sisters, Meneta Lee, Judith Miller, Albert Jennings, Wilma Jean Jennings, and Sherrol Ray Jennings.

He is survived by his wife, Nadine Brown Jennings; daughter, Vickie Scott of Greenville; son, Keith (Sandy) Jennings of Greenville; three grandchildren, Jason Jennings, Jennifer Bowles, Tim (Emm) Ellis; four great-grandchildren, Jacob (Vanessa) Bowles, Julli (Dakota) Haley, Kayla Ellis, Chase Ellis, Victor Davi; two great-great-grandchildren, Wyatt Haley, Walker Haley; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 1PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Thad Cartwright officiating. Burial in Graham Hill Cemetery.
