She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Austin Roney. Survivors include her sons, Robert Roney, Joe Roney, Richard Roney, and David Roney; 9 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Funeral services are private.
