CENTRAL CITY – Jewell “Lynn” Tucker, 68, of Central City, died Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 6:05AM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. Mr. Tucker was born August 29, 1955 in Muhlenberg County. He was a member of Woodson Baptist Church and a Retired Maintenance Tech at KU. He was a devoted husband, son, father, and grandfather. He was a hardworking handy-man throughout his entire life. He loved to draw and paint, and learn everything about old Model cars. He enjoyed spending time with his family, riding his tractor, and cruising in his convertible Ford Mustang. He was preceded in death by his father, Jewell F. Tucker.

He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Teresa Tucker; mother, Glena Tucker; son, Joe (Sam) Tucker; daughter, Jennifer (Gregory) Shepherd; sisters, Gina Tucker, and Susie Sisk; grandchildren, Kaylee (Dylan) Adcock, Chase Edwards, Jaylin Edwards, Adrienne Tucker, Matthan Tucker, and Corley Tucker; and great-grandchildren, Josie Adcock, and Laken Adcock.

Funeral services will be Sunday, March 17, 2024 at 1PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Terry Chaney officiating. Burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 10AM -1PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com
