My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time. As a teenager I spent most of my time with the Ford family. My best friend Teresa and I spent a great deal of time following our dads around listening to them play music and playing with our Barbies. Jerry was my dad away from home, always kind and gentle. I don't think there was anyone I admired and respected more than him. I have so many wonderful memories spent at the Ford home. I smile today remembering his love of old cars, music and his family. Rest in Peace Mr. Jerry-I wish I had told you all of this when I had the chance. Much love to Miss Faye and Teresa. My heart breaks for your family, I love you all dearly. Charlotte
