CENTRAL CITY – Janice Fay Harper, 65, of Central City died Monday, June 9, 2025 at 10:46 PM at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. Ms. Harper was born August 11, 1959 in Muhlenberg County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Neely and Maggie Loney.

She is survived by her sons, Jeffery (Kim) Piper, and Jason (Brittany) Piper; grandchildren, Khloe Piper, Kinsley Piper, Jakob Piper, Clayton Piper, and Landon Piper; brothers, David Loney, and Eugene Loney; sister, Karen Brandon; special nieces, Sandra Wells, and Debbie Atcher; special nephew, Steve Wright; and several nieces and nephews.
