James Glenn Kennedy BELTON — James Glenn Kennedy, 80, of Belton died at 1:05 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010, at Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. He was born Nov. 14, 1929, in Ohio County. He was a retired welder from Boilermakers Local 40 and a member of Hazel Creek Baptist Church in Belton. Survivors include his wife, Mardell Jenkins Kennedy of Belton; a son, Danny Kennedy of Portage, Ind.; two daughters, Deanna Kennedy of Cookville, Tenn., and Pam (Charles) Walton of Owensboro; a stepson, Mitch (Linda) Dotson of Livermore; two stepdaughters, Marianne (Tommy) Spears of Greenville and Tina (Dan) Ingram of Beechmont; grandchildren Jason Scott, Wesley Scott, Megan Seber, Robert Seber, Katie Cullen, Andrea Hawkins, Raeanne Spears and Robert Spears; great-grandchildren Leah Drake, John Scott and Elizabeth Scott; and a sister, Mary Jane Montgomery of Shepherdsville. Services are at 11 a.m. Monday at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home, with the Rev. Terry Chaney officiating, assisted by the Rev. Don Piper and the Rev. Carl Pendley. Burial will be in Rochester Cemetery. Visitation is after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home. Boilermaker rites will be held at 6:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
