GREENVILLE – Jacqueline Tucker, 69, of Greenville, died on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 3:08PM at her residence in Greenville. Ms. Tucker was born in Greenville on October 25, 1956. She was a member of Wesley Chapel AME Zion Church and worked as a Secretary for the Greenville Housing Authority. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading books and magazines, playing cards, and cheering for the Louisville cardinals. She was preceded in death by her mother, Izetta Tutt; brother, Tony Reynolds; sister, Teresa Homes; grandson, Brayden Lovan; and life partner, Larry Hurtt.

She is survived by her daughters, Danise Tucker, and Melinda Tucker; siblings, Hurley Tutt, and Leonard Eaves (Helen); grandchildren, Mya Harvey, and DaQuan Johnson; uncle, Wendell Eaves (Regina); best friends, Teresa Mason, and Libby Bard; and loving dogs, Tank, and Diamond.

Visitation will be Monday, June 8, 2026 at 11AM-1PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City. Burial will be private. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
