GRAHAM – Rev. J. Thomas Price, 93, of Graham, died Wednesday, April 22, 2020, at 9:20PM at his daughter’s residence in Robards. Rev. Price was born March 14, 1927, in Muhlenberg County. He ministered at Christ Chapel Church in Evansville for greater than 30 years. He loved to joke and make people laugh. He was a loving father to his three daughters, and a loving grandfather to his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. His first priority was his relationship in God and his commitment to his church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Hall Price; mother Ruby Price; father Harley Price; and sister Jean Sumner. He is survived by his daughters, Judy (Maurice) Randolph of Graham, Schquetta (Edward) Devine of Robards, and Beverly (Rex) Fithian of Rockwall, TX; grandchildren Mark, Mitch, Jeff, Michael, Chris, and Robyn; sister Mildred House; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In compliance with health and public safety directives, the funeral arrangements for Rev. Price will be private for immediate family only, with private burial. Sorry for your loss. I will always have fond memories of Bro. Price. That special way that we would shake hands, or the time that he taught me how to change a hot water heater out, or when I would ride my bike down to he and Sis. Price's house. They always had a cold drink ready for me. Then the countless hours spent with him in church, when I needed it the most. There are way too many memories to share here. They are all fond memories and I will truly miss him.

You are in our prayers and thoughts at this time of loss. Your father was a great Man of God. My dad (Carl Williams) will greatly miss him. We and our church thought the world of him. He was such a blessing to our church and we are so grateful.

We have many memories we have shared with the Price family. Going back to Bro. Harley and Sister Ruby. Their kids and their grand kids. We love you all. It is sad to lose one of your family but sadder to watch them suffer. Bro. j is at rest now. Wish we could have been there for you all

Bro. Price was my pastor for many years. Loved him dearly. His family was like our family. My love and prayers are with all of you.

Sorry for your loss. Bro Price was and still is a great influence in my life and character. I thank God for the years I spent under his guidance. Enjoyed the fellowship in his home with he and Sis Price. So many good memories. We will be remembering you all in prayer.

I will forever miss Brother Price. We have been friends in the journey of time... The many years we worked along side one another at the church and the countless hours gardening or repairing things around the church could not be matched by the years I spent under his caring guidance with God leading the way. His determination and witty personality were what carried us all through when things got rough. May the Lord carry us all through this time as we say goodbye to our dear friend. The tears are not for him for his fate is known but for those of us that remain without his presence. God bless his family in this trying time.
