GREENVILLE – Ira Ray Hearld died at the Muhlenberg Community Hospital on February 12, 2011 at 10:30 PM. He was the son ot the late Homer and Hallie Hearld of Central City. He was preceded in death by three brothers, James, Foley & Charles Hearld and one sister, Mary Emma Bobbitt. He is survived by one son, Matthew Hearld of Greenville & one step son, Glen Browning of Central City, two sisters, Frances(Dick)Trueblood of Bloomington, IN. & Dorothy Howard of Shelburn, IN. , a niece Veronica(Dr. Wm. R.)McGhee of Greenville, & Several nieces & nephews. He was a member of the Green River Chapel Baptist Church, a long time member of the American Legion Post 61 and the F.O.E. where he had many, many friends. He was retired from the Kentucky State Highway Department. Funeral Services will be Private. Expressions of sympathy in the form of donations the the Muhlenberg County Humane Society.
