Central City – Harvey Lee Duncan, 62, of Central City, died Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 2:25p.m at his residence. Mr. Duncan was born August 3, 1963 in Muhlenberg County. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Clois Carroll.

He is survived by his siblings, Lillie Carroll, Ricky Carroll, and Timmy Carroll; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Monday, November 10, 2025 at 10a.m. at Fairmount Cemetery in Central City with Bro. Todd Cartwright officiating.
