Hallie Irene Boykin 10/6/2008 SACRAMENTO — Hallie Irene Boykin, 86, of 2874 Kentucky 1155, Rumsey, died at 2:50 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, 2008, at Riverside Manor Healthcare in Calhoun. She was born Oct. 5, 1921, in Muhlenberg County. She was a member of Glenville Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Finley Boykin; and two sisters, Jessie Hendricks and Addie Vandygriff. Survivors include a son, George (Rebecca) Boykin of Owensboro; three grandchildren, David Boykin of Louisville and Bradley Boykin and Karah Boykin, both of Rumsey; and a great-grandchild, Michael Boykin of Louisville. Services are at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento, with the Rev. Charles Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
