GREENVILLE – Georgeann Johnson, 75, of Greenville, died Monday, October 23, 2023 at 12:45PM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. Mrs. Johnson was born June 30, 1948 in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and a member of Duvall’s Chapel General Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Scott Johnson; sister, Cherryl Davenport; and brother, Darrel Evitts.

She is survived by her daughter, Dawn (Jayme) Grundy; son, Wesley (Taylor) Johnson; grandchildren, Payton Grundy, and Taylor Grundy; sisters, Sandra Vick, and Sharon (Ronnie) Teague; brothers, Jerry (Lisa) Evitts, Terry (Lexia) Evitts, and Shawn (Kelly) Evitts; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday, October 27, 2023 at 1PM at Duvall’s Chapel General Baptist Church in Greenville with Bro. Gary Embry officiating. Burial in Nebo Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 11AM-1PM at the church. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
