BREMEN – Florine Heltsley, 90, of Bremen, died Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 8:45PM at Greenville Nursing & Rehab.  Mrs. Heltsley was born June 14, 1933, in Muhlenberg County.  She was a cook at Bremen High School, and a member of Fairview Cumberland Presbyterian Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Heltsley; son, Edward Earl Heltsley; sister, Betty Monaghan; and brothers, Darrell Stewart and Harold Stewart.

She is survived by her nephews, Jamie (Marilyn) Stewart and Michael Stewart; and niece, Mary (Johnny) Revlett.

Funeral services will be Monday, January 8, 2024, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. J.W. Haire officiating.  Burial in Gish Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday after 9:00AM at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.

Sorry for the loss, I spent a many day with Eddie at her and Ed's home. She cooked hamburgers for us, and was ALWAYS super nice to me. Many great memories, we had there on the hill.
