GREENVILLE – Evelyn Justine Skaggs, 84, of Greenville, died Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.  She went to Heaven to be with God, her husband, and many friends and family who are there to welcome her.  Mrs. Skaggs was born March 13, 1939, in Greenville.  She was a waitress and also worked in a law office.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sisters, brother, and friends.  She will always be dearly loved by all.
