Emmarine Boyd Published: Monday, December 14, 2009 12:16 AM CST Emmarine Boyd, 70, of Central City died at 3:45 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, 2009, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. She was born July 8, 1939, in Muhlenberg County. She was a member of Central City Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis F. Boyd; a son, Dexter Franklin Boyd; and a grandson, Joshua Boyd. Survivors include three sons, Marvin Boyd and Clifford Boyd, both of Central City, and Rodney Boyd of Sacramento; four daughters, Marilyn Boyd, Barbara Boyd, Janice Boyd and Patricia Boyd, all of Central City; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Amelia Hardeman of Louisville and Elricka Pruitt of Barrack, Pa. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with the Rev. James Neeley officiating and the Revs. Bob Edlin and Robert Henning assisting. Burial will be in West End Cemetery in Greenville. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home
