GREENVILLE – Elmer Edge Walker, 76, of Greenville, died Thursday, December 1, 2016, at 8:25AM at Red Bank Colonial Terrace in Sebree. Mr. Walker was born August 23, 1940, in Muhlenberg County. He was a spotter at Yellow Freight. He was preceded in death by his brother, Gilbert Walker; sister Joyce Williams; and grandson Jeremy Walker. He is survived by his wife, Vivian Anne Loney Walker; sons Michael (Betul) Walker of Bremen, Steven Walker of Monticello, IN, and Keith Walker of Berwyn, IL; grandchildren Melisa Comertpay and Jonathan Walker, both of Bremen; sister Sue Lear of Greenville; and brothers Milton Walker of Navarre, FL and Paul Walker, Sr., of Graham. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 3, 2016, at 1:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Tommy Drury officiating. Burial in Old Bethel Cemetery.
