MADISONVILLE – Elizabeth Kay Oates Young, 57, of Madisonville, died Saturday, March 18, 2017, at 4:25PM at Baptist Health in Madisonville. Mrs. Young was born October 21, 1959, in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church in Central City. She was preceded in death by her son, Steven Young; and parents Joe and Bobbye Oates. She is survived by her husband, Roger Young; brother Mike Oates; and sisters Donna (Larry) Erwin, Jo Ann (Gordon) Peterson, Becky (Richard) Smith, and Patty Duncan. Funeral services are private.
