CENTRAL CITY – Elenita Legion McConnell, 62, of Central City, died Sunday, January 4, 2015, at 12:25PM at Heartford House in Owensboro. Mrs. McConnell was born June 27, 1952, in Minila, Phillipines. She was a homemaker and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Survivors include her sons, Jacob McConnell of Louisville, Jonathan McConnell of Evansville, IN, and Joseph McConnell of Central City. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 10, 2015, at 10:00AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Central City, with Father Ben Luther officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday after 5:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City. Prayers will be held on Friday at 6:00PM at the funeral home.
