GREENVILLE – Earline Garris, 82, of Greenville, died Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at 11:50AM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Mrs. Garris was born January 17, 1937, in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and member of Bards Hill General Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wealthy and Carrie Williams; and brother Kenneth Williams. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, William “Bubo” Garris; daughter Maletha Lear of Greenville; son Randy (Robbin) Garris of Greenville; grandchildren Quentin Lear, Shawn Garris, and Brandy Jones; step-grandchildren Jill Wood and Eric Wood; great-grandchildren Jaxson Lear, Corbin Lear, Alisha Garris, R.J. Garris, William Jones, Aliyah Jones, and Teanna Hollis; brothers Granvile (Evenell) Williams, J.T. (Frankie) Williams, and Donald (Mary) Williams, all of Greenville; twin sister Mardine (Franklin) Randolph of Henderson; sister Shirley (Neal) Dockery of Greenville; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Friday, April 5, 2019, at 11:00AM at Bards Hill General Baptist Church, with Bro. Keith Howard officiating. Burial in Vernal Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday after 5:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City and Friday after 10:00AM at Bards Hill General Baptist Church.
