Dora was one of my mom's dear friends at The Courtyard. They had their meals together in the dining room and then they would visit together in the living room or out on the front porch. Dora had such a sweet spirit and a great sense of humor. We used to sit around during our visits and sing all sorts of gospel and country music. It never failed that Dora would drift off to sleep with a smile on her face. The wonderful caretakers at The Courtyard would wait until our little party was over and then they would gently wake her, walk her to her apartment, and get her tucked in. She was such a sweet soul. We will remember her fondly. We are deeply sorry for everyone in her family but believe God has great things in store for her!

I so enjoyed working with Dora at Associated Pallet. I learned so very much about business and life from this quiet wonderful woman. May God give you all the same peace He gave Dora.
