FORDSVILLE – Donald Lamont Wells, 63, of Fordsville, died Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.  He was born June 19, 1963, in Greenville.  Mr. Wells was a truck driver for Ray Jones Trucking and also drove a school bus for the Muhlenberg County Board of Education.  He was a member of Greenville Church of Christ.  Donald enjoyed hunting, fishing, landscaping, and taking kids on field trips while driving the school bus.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Wells; father, Donald Phelps; grandmother, Georgia Bass; grandfather, Felix Bass; sister, Roselind Wells; and aunts Eula Keys and Fannie Cole.

He is survived by his daughter, Jasmine Donielle Wells; brothers, Arthur Wells, Lonnie Wells, and Bryan Wells; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be Monday, October 12, 2026, at 1:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro.
