Donald L. King Published: Sunday, August 2, 2009 12:04 AM CDT BEECHMONT — Donald L. King, 59, of 356 Masonic Drive, Beechmont, died at 4:02 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, 2009, at his home. He was born July 19, 1950, in Muhlenberg County. He was a coal miner and member of Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife, Kathy Penrod King; two daughters, Jenny (Jay) McElwain of Belton and Kelly (Jarred) Williams of White Plains; grandchildren Jackson and Jordan McElwain; and his parents, Earle and Earnell King. Services are at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home. Burial will be in Horton’s Chapel Cemetery in Belton. Visitation is after 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Kidney Association or the American Cancer Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
