CENTRAL CITY – Diane Lynn Epley, 64, of Central City, died Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 2:32PM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital.  Mrs. Epley was born November 11, 1959, in Chicago, Illinois.  She was a homemaker and member of New Prospect Baptist Church.  She enjoyed being at home and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She loved hummingbirds, cooking, and crocheting.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Elizabeth Mayes; father, Printis Mayes; and sister, Robin Knight.

She is survived by Danny Epley; daughter, Angela (Aaron) Carver of Dunmor; sons, Ryan Epley of Evansville, IN and Tyler Epley of Calhoun; grandchildren, Nathan Carver, Ansen Epley, and Blakely Epley; sisters, Barbara Woodall and Laurie Wood; brother, Michael (Patricia) Mayes; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday, February 2, 2024, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Kevin McGehee officiating.  Burial in Highway Cemetery.  Visitation will be Friday after 9:00AM at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
