Debra Kay Whitwell 11/27/2008 CENTRAL CITY — Debra Kay Whitwell, 49, died Sunday, Nov. 23, 2008, at her residence in Owensville, Ind. She was born May 11, 1959, in Arkansas, was employed by Kutaba Corp. and was a Methodist. Survivors include her mother, Patricia Whitwell of Central City; a sister, Diane Whitwell of Livermore; a brother, David Whitwell of Central City; nieces Ashley Braem and Brittany Revlett; and a nephew, Camrynn Sullivan. Services are at 1 p.m. Saturday at Tucker Funeral Home, Central City, with the Rev. Richard Sam officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Powderly. Visitation is after 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
