GREENVILLE- Debby Noffsinger Todd, 68, of Greenville died Thursday, January 29, 2026 at Maple Health and Rehabilitation Center in Greenville. She loved everyone and was always saving animals, especially dogs. She loved to fish and she loved to garden and watch things grow, especially her flowers. She was also a big fan of the show Supernatural. She had a smile that could brighten up any room. She was met in Heaven by her mother and her three dogs that she loved dearly named Pebbles and the love of her life Bubby. She loved the Lord and always gave back. She passed in her sleep because she knew her work here on earth was done and that her children were going to be ok.

Survivors include her children, Michael Miller, Chris Miller, Carissa Bowley, Jonas Bowley; several grandkids and two great grandkids.
