CENTRAL CITY – David Shelby Adcock, 59, of Central City, died Thursday, December 21, 2017, at Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville. Mr. Adcock was born November 10, 1958, in Hammond, IN. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Shelby and Martha Adcock; and brother Mark Adcock. He is survived by his children, Kimberly Michelle (Larry Donald) White, Shelby Thomas (Angela Michele) Adcock, Olivia Jade Adcock, and Alexis Shae Adcock; grandchildren Tory Ann White, Kassidy White, and Wyatt Shelby Adcock; brothers Tim (Karen) Adcock and Matthew Adcock; sisters Theresa (Steve) Nichols and Michellee Cornette; and several nieces and nephews.
