GREENVILLE- Darrell Lynn Cobb, 72, of Greenville died Friday, September 18, 2026, at Maple Health and Rehabilitation Center in Greenville. Mr. Cobb was born in Greenville, KY, on October 20, 1953. He was a truck driver for many trucking companies and was a member of Cave Springs Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, coon hunting, and riding motorcycles. He is preceded in death by his brothers, James Cobb, David Cobb; sister, Judy Whitney; parents, Kelly and Eula Bell Cobb.
Survivors include his siblings, Delbert (Patricia) Cobb, Becky (Joe) Schrecker, Jeff (Shawna) Cobb, Rita (Allen) Price; brother-in-law, Howard Whitney.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Joe Winn officiating. Burial will follow in Carter Creek Cemetery in Greenville. Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2026, beginning at 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
