Daniel Ray Jones 11/23/2008 GREENVILLE — Daniel Ray Jones, 72, of 188 N. Park Drive, Greenville, died Friday, Nov. 21, 2008, at Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. He was born Feb. 17, 1936, in Muhlenberg County. He was a coal miner and a member of Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Martha Rager Jones of Greenville; a son, Jeffrey (Deborah) Jones of Central City; a daughter, Cindy Jones of Greenville; three grandchildren, Nathan and Josh Jones and David Tabb; four great-grandchildren, Calen Tabb, Austin Jones, Derek Tabb and Dalton Tabb; and a brother, Jimmy (Dottie) Jones of Beechmont. Services are at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with the Rev. Brian Jones officiating and the Rev. Gary Taylor assisting. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
