CENTRAL CITY – Curtis Davis, 81, of Central City, died Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Deaconess Midtown in Evansville. Mr. Davis was born in Muhlenberg County on March 7, 1944. He was a member of Lifeway General Baptist Church and a retired Coal Miner for AMEX. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rollie and Mable Davis.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Dukes Davis; daughter, Lisa (Joey) Gibson; sons, Mark (Jennifer) Davis, and Chris Davis; grandchildren, Caleb Gibson, Joseph Kelly Gibson, Morgan (Jacob) Groves, Callie Davis, Marcus Davis, Jaiden Davis, and Clinton Davis; brother, Tommy (Kitty) Davis; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be Sunday, April 27, 2025 at 3PM at Lifeway General Baptist Church in Bremen with Bro. Brian Haire officiating.Visitation will be Sunday from 2-3PM at the church. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
