Corbie J. Jobe, 91, of Dundee, KY, a retired farmer of Dundee, passed away on January 17, 2014 at the Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Corbie was born November 18, 1922in Rumsey to the late Ed and Katie Woosley Jobe. He married the former Fannie J. Cook of Daviess County on June 30, 1950. Corbie served in the Navy and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed his animals, family and friends, and watching Westerns. Survivors include his daughters, Kati B. Jobe of Dundee, Kellye (Jr.) Baize of Central City; three grandsons, retired Technical Sgt. of the United States Air Force John W. Ellis of Raleigh, NC, Jessie (Lindsay) Baize of Bremen, Clifton Baize of Central City; great granddaughter, Briley Marie Baize of Bremen; sisters, Martha West of Sacramento, and Madeline Jobe of California. Funeral services will be Monday, January 20, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento with Rev. Charles Brownd and Bro. Greg Brooks officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, January 19, 2014 from 2:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Calhoun Cemetery in McClean County with military honors. The Corbie J.
