DRAKESBORO – Connie Annette Bratcher, 54, of Drakesboro, died Monday, January 13, 2014 at University of Louisville Hospital. Mrs. Bratcher was born March 23, 1959 in El Paso, TX. She was a homemaker and member of Christ Gospel Church in Livermore. She loved her family and grandchildren, puzzles, fishing, and outdoor activities. She loved the smell of freshly mowed grass, and she loved to study the Bible. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Stan and Della Croff; and niece Isabella Fick. Survivors include her husband, Billy Bratcher; children Delorece (Tim) Thompson, Benny (Elizabeth) Bratcher, Jeanetta (Eddie) Zellers, Vanetta Johnson, Jim (Rachel) Davis, Chrissy (David) Davis, and Chandra (Donnie) Carney; 23 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; father Glenn Heise; mother Sally Lou Croff; sisters Tammy McKenna and Carol Fick; brothers Lester West and Robert West; several foster brothers and sisters; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday, January 16, 2014 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Pastor Ronnie Dame officiating. Burial in Highway Cemetery.
