POWDERLY – Clyde Henry Watson, 86, of Powderly, died Thursday, February 4, 2021, at 5:00AM at Greenville Nursing and Rehab. Mr. Watson was born December 8, 1934, in Madisonville, TN. He was the youngest of six brothers and sisters, who preceded him in death. He was an auto mechanic and U.S. Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernst and Nellie Watson.

He is survived by Doris Lee, the love of his life for the past 37 years; six sons; and his sweet puppy, Charlotte.

Funeral services will be Monday, February 8, 2021, at 12:00 noon at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Chase Thompson officiating. Burial in Memorial Gardens in Powderly. Visitation will be Monday after 10:00AM at the funeral home. Family and friends are asked to wear a face covering, in accordance with the governor’s mandate.
