BELTON- Christopher Gordan Gates, 56, of Belton died Friday, May 22, 2026 at his residence. Mr. Gates was born in Gary, Indiana on October 9, 1969. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, raising his pigs, and loved being outside. Mr. Gates was preceded in death by his grandparents, Emma and Harry Gates and Jim Bob and Edna Reynolds.

He is survived by his parents, Nila and Gordan Gates; sister, Belinda (Bernie) Cain; niece, Savannah Cain; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Tom Carroll officiating. Burial will be in Union Chapel Cemetery in Drakesboro.
