To Vickie and other family, I’m sorry to learn of Charlotte’s passing. After moving from Ky in 2010, my return visits destination was the CCI in Powderly for several years. Charlotte and Vickie were so helpful and welcoming. Charlotte was a Graham girl, like me. Her mom and my mom were neighbors in Greenville in later years. Sending prayers.
