Preacher was a good friend and outstanding State Representative. We worked closely together in the 80's as we (and others) were trying to fund and recruit the Green River Correctional Complex. He opened a lot of doors and certainly knew his way around Frankfort. Muhlenberg County owes him a debt of gratitude. He will certainly be missed and I'm sure Gilda is celebrating his arrival.
