BEAVER DAM – Charles C. Chadwick, 88, of Beaver Dam, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Mr. Chadwick was born April 10, 1930, in Harlan County to the late Tom and Mary Chadwick. He was a retired coal miner with Peabody Coal Co. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel; son Bobby; and daughter Fannie. He is survived by his son, Joe (Sue) Chadwick of Central City; daughters Mary (Stacy) Wright of Humboldt, TN, Jeannie (David) Everly of Centertown, Alice (Eddie) Render of Centertown, Betty (Kenny) Jessie of Centertown, and Wanda (Don) Miller of Beaver Dam; brothers Bill Chadwick of Ohio and Robert Chadwick of Harlan; 14 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be Friday, March 22, 2019, at 2:00PM at Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam, with burial to follow. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
