BELTON – Bruce Eugene Buchanan, 62, of Belton, died Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 1:03AM at his residence.  Mr. Buchanan was born March 4, 1962, in Muhlenberg County.  He worked at Greenville Log & Lumber for 15 years, and also worked at Brewco.  He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.  Mr. Buchanan loved his Lord, family, and church family.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Roudan and Eunice Buchanan; brothers, Tommy Buchanan and Phillip Buchanan; and sister, Charlene Lear Johnson.

He is survived by his wife of nearly 25 years, Lisa Barnett Buchanan; daughter, Misty Buchanan (Cory); grandsons, Dylan McElvain (Hannah) and Dustin Stewart; great-granddaughters, Journie and Jemmah; brother, Chester (Laura) Buchanan; and sisters, Shirley Dwyer, Brenda Kay Zachary, Carolyn Garrett, and Mable Groves.

Funeral services will be Friday, February 14, 2025, at 1:00PM at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home, with Bro. Jordan Mallory officiating.  Burial in Wyatt’s Chapel Cemetery.  Visitation will be Friday after 10:00AM at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
