Brenda and I were friends and classmates from first grade through graduation. We were also "cousins". We share a common ancestor Henry Hunt, who was our Great Grandfather. His daughters, my Grandmother, Etta Hunt Wood and Brenda's Grandmother, Jenny Hunt McPherson were half-sisters.

Over the years I have lost contact with Brenda, especially after the death of my parents and since I live in Louisville. I have thought of her often and am sorry we lost contact. We had such good times when were in high school.

You all are in my thoughts and prayers during this time if loss.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

James, Amy, Jon, Tim and your families, I am so sorry to read of Brenda's passing. It's been a good while since I've seen any of you as we moved to Mt Washington, KY up close to Louisville about two and a half years ago. Even though I won't be able to be there, you all will be in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.

I don't know where to begin. But I love this family so much and I cherish the time that they made me feel as if I were family. My heart is so sad. They all love each other so much.
I thank you all for your friendship over the years. My God be with you in the days to come. May he hold you tight in his arms and give you comfort and strength. I have thought about Boolie all afternoon and I remember her laugh as if it where today and her always saying well. I love you all.

I grew up with Brenda and was a classmate of hers all twelve years of school. I remember her as a quiet, sweet girl whose best friend during those years was Myrna Shrull. I moved away from the area for many years and lost contact with Brenda. My condolences go out to her family.
