GREENVILLE – Bobby Wayne Hampton, Jr., age 48, of Greenville, died Friday, February 16, 2024, at his residence.  Bobby was born June 27, 1975, in Muhlenberg County and was a member of Landmark Assembly of God and was disabled.  He enjoyed spending time with family, fishing, hunting, outdoor activities.  Bobby was preceded in death by mother, Thelma Hampton; father, Bobby Wayne Hampton, Sr. (Shelia); grandparents, Pearl (Johnny) Woods, Harlan (Irene) Hampton and niece, Rachel Gardner.

He is survived by his wife, Kitreena Hampton; children, Aaron (Samatha) Hampton, Hunter, Justin, Savana; Grandchild, Brooklynn Hampton; brothers and sisters, Teresa (Damon) Logan, Jennifer (Robert) Hampton, T.J. Hampton, Sarah (Josh) King, Misty (Chad) Gish; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Monday, February 19, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro.’s Daniel Wheeler and Todd Bivins officiating.  Burial will follow in Fairmount cemetery.  Visitation will begin Monday at 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
