Janet Strader Wells left a message on May 9, 2011:
Only last year did I accidently learn of my kinship to Bobby Jo Tatum and his family via the high school friendship of Rachel Bruce and my granddaughter, Kaitlin Wells. During one of Kaitlin and Rachel's visit, Rachel's grandmother, Linda Morphew, suspected through Kaitlin's explanations of where she lives that there might be a kinship. Linda and I then spoke via telephone and did learn her father, Bobby Jo was a grandson of one of my maternal grandfather's (John Henry O'Neal) sisters, Mary Dee or Emma, each who lived their adult lives in Central City, KY. At this time I cannot recall which one of my grandfather's sisters Linda said was Bobby Jo's grandmother. My brother, Jim Strader, worked with Henry "Cotton" in a Muhlenberg Co Coal Mine. I am sorry to learn of Bobby Jo's death, especially since I've known of our kinship. May God comfort each of his loved ones, especially during this sad time. Sincerely, Janet Strader Wells (Mrs Marvin Wayne Jr) 122 Wells Lane Lewisburg, KY 42256
