CENTRAL CITY – Bobby Gene Wilkins, 77, of Central City, died Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 2:52AM at his residence.  Mr. Wilkins was born June 15, 1945, in Muhlenberg County.  He was a railroad dispatcher for Chicago Northwestern Railroad, and was a U.S. Army veteran.  He enjoyed playing golf, watching football (especially the Green Bay Packers), and was an all around sports fan.  He enjoyed old western movies and spending time with his family and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Marie Wilkins; sisters, Ann Crank and Mary Givens Stewart; and brothers, Darrell Harrison.

He is survived by his ex-wife, Franisca Medina of Portland, Oregon; brothers, Danny Wilkins of Central City and John (Mary Ann) Wilkins of Fredericksburg, VA; and nieces, Kelly Wilkins Hobgood and Christina Wilkins (Clay) Taylor.
