OWENSBORO – Billy Ray Vincent, 85 of Owensboro died Sunday September 1, 2019 at Maple Nursing and Rehabilitation in Greenville, KY he was employed at Owensboro Municipal Utilities as a technician, a Veteran of the United States Navy, and a member of Walnut Memorial Baptist Church in Owensboro. He was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Ada Vincent. He was survived by his Wife Lois Imogene “Piper” Vincent of Owensboro, Brother in law Don “Hazel” Piper of Central City, and Sister in law Rose Vincent of Peoria, IL. and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be Wednesday September 4, 2019 at 2:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City. with Bro. Eugene Howard officiating. There are so many memories,playing kickball,hanging out at the old house for hours.The times we had riding the school bus and even when we got a little older we would go riding around central city and Greenville every weekend.Those we're the fun times.Billy will be missed as for now he is in heaven hanging out watching and waiting for all of us.
