GRAHAM – Billy Ray Arnett, 83, of Graham, died Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 2:00AM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. Mr. Arnett was born February 12, 1940 in Muhlenberg County. He was a retired Coal Miner for Caney Creek Coal Mines, an Army veteran, and a member of Corley Chapel General Baptist Church. He enjoyed farming, fishing, and camping. He loved his church and church family. Making friends came easy to him, and witnessing to others was his greatest commission. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Bernice Arnett; and sisters, Myrtle Wright, and Faye Lyons.

He is survived by his wife, Patsy Satterfield Arnett; daughter, Laura Gayle (Eddie) Croft; son, Weston  Kyle Arnett; grandchildren, Weston (Sierra) Cole, Dylan Lee, Hayden, Hannah, Brock, and Riley; three great-grandchildren, Gracyn, Lennon, and Carter; and sister, Deloris Worth.

Funeral services will be Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 11AM at Corley Chapel General Baptist Church in Graham with Bro. Patrick Baxter officiating. Burial in Corley Chapel Cemetery.
