CENTRAL CITY- Billy Gene Miller, 77, of Central City died Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Mr. Miller was born in Muhlenberg County on February 6, 1943. He was a retired coal miner and a member of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include his wife, Pat Shocklee Miller; sons, Darrell Miller, Donnie Miller, Gary Miller; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Bobby Miller, William Miller, Doug Miller.
