BREMEN – Millport lost two of her finest when Billy Dale Miller, age 73, and Judith Faye Miller, age 72, left this world hand in hand on Saturday, December 11, 2021, to meet Jesus. Billy was the son of Carl and Dee Miller, and Judy was the daughter of J.B. and Gladys Revlett. However, she was raised by Modela Dame, her grandmother. Billy graduated from Bremen High School in the class of 1966 and Judy was a 1967 graduate of Sacramento. They have celebrated 56 years of marriage.

Billy and Judy enjoyed spending their time together and riding the countryside in their Geo Tracker. They also enjoyed spending time with family and serving together on a neighborhood watch. Billy was a Vietnam Veteran and retired from Alcoa. He also worked on the family farm from a young boy to the present. Judy prided herself in being his wife and loving their children. Billy and Judy attended Brier Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church where he served as elder and sang in the choir.

They are preceded in death by a son, Billy Miller Jr.; a daughter, Heather Miller Brooks; and an infant granddaughter, Savanna Brooks. Billy is also preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Dee Miller. Judy is also preceded in death by her parents, J.B. and Gladys Revlett; brother C.U. Revlett; and sister Karen Baumer.

They are survived by a son, Brian (Emilee) Miller; grandchildren Jonathan Miller, Harrison Miller, Haley (Adam Vaden) Burton, Serenity (Cody) Rager, Keasha (Nathan) Carter, Macy Brooks, Molly Miller, and Riley Brooks. The love of their life in which saved them, as Judy has stated, were their great-grandchildren Silas Cole Miller Rager, Holland Rager, Audrey Vaden, and Abery Vaden. Billy is also survived by his brothers, Danny (Jane) Miller and Fred C. (Joyce) Miller. Judy is also survived by her sisters, Teresa (Barry) Vinson, Jane Revlett, Linda Parrot, and Connie (James) Ellis.

A joint funeral celebration with their family will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at 11:00AM at Brier Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Bremen. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-8PM at Brier Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Brier Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Sorry for your loss, during this trying time, thought and prayers ?

We want to let you know how sorry for your loss we are. Ron and Billy were best friends in their AIT military training and then Vietnam. They had each others backs. Ron has told me many stories about them. While in AIT when Billy went home to visit he always took Ron since it was to far to travel back to Rector Ar. where his family lived. Ron even started dating Billy sister. Ron and Billy got separated in Vietnam when Ron was injured and had to be airlifted out. He did not return to Vietnam but was stationed in Korea . But he never forgot his best friend We visited them in 1976 when Heather was just a baby. They talked a few times after that then time takes over and everyone goes their separate ways. But they were never forgotten. But Ron knows someday he will see his best friends met again.

I can't believe that my favorite uncle and aunt are gone... Y'all always told me to keep my head up.and to ignore people. I miss y'all so much already. I'll miss our little chats Please hug my grandaddy and tell i love him

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family in this time of great loss. I have fond memories of both Bill and Judy and my heart is greatly saddened. They will be missed and it was a privilege to have known them. May the Lord comfort those left behind and give grace for the days ahead.

I was truly blessed to have gotten to know billy & Judy.. they were amazing down to earth kind hearted loving ppl... I am truly heart broken of their passing.. I got to Kno them when I worked at Nickolas corner they wld come in every nite. He wasn't shy to order a large pizza to his self while she ate a grill chz wit pickles!!! I'm still in total shock of their loss... RIP to them both!

I am so sorry for the Miller Family's loss! The Miller family gave me my first job the summer of 2011 working on their farm when I stayed with my grandma and grandpa (Carmella and Darrell Baggett) I learned many things working next to Billy Dale that summer and I will forever hold the memories shared near to my heart! My condolences goes out to the Miller Family!

Sorry to lose a family member but I know that he is in a better place and still with the love of his life, his wife Judy. I love u all and know that even though it is hard you will make it through this tragedy.
